About the role: As Supply Chain Team Leader, you will take ownership of driving operational purchasing performance within our global supply chain. You will lead and support a team of five Operational Buyers, ensuring that supplier delivery, communication, and service levels meet the needs of the business. A key focus of the role is identifying and implementing continuous improvements that enhance productivity, strengthen supplier collaboration, and enable efficient, on-time operations. Through proactive leadership and cross-functional engagement, you will help ensure that our supply chain supports the success of our customers and our business.
