We’re looking for an inspiring General Manager to take the helm at The Sanctuary House Hotel, one of our flagship Fuller’s sites in central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven leader who lives and breathes hospitality. The Sanctuary House combines a traditional Fuller’s pub and dining room with a 35‑bedroom boutique hotel.
Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a passionate, established team
* Take full accountability for both commercial performance and guest experience
* Develop future leaders through coaching and mentoring in the Lead Your Way framework
* Continue the Fuller’s tradition of delivering exceptional hospitality in every area throughout the customer journey
Qualifications
* A proven track record of delivering great results and memorable guest experiences
* Confidence managing multi-revenue streams (pub, food, and rooms)
* Strong leadership, communication, and people‑development skills
* Pride in being the driving force behind the success of the business
* Capability to motivate and support the team to create a special atmosphere for customers
* A commercially minded individual
* A confident manager with great decision‑making skills
* Ability to take ownership of problems
* Great communication skills
* Passion for fresh food, great wines, and engaging service
