Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant. The position is based in Huddersfield, with some work from home options available. The Administrative Assistant's main duty will be to provide comprehensive research for the 9 IFAs within the business, once they have seen their clients. This will require the candidates to have in depth knowledge of how an IFA business works and to understand the UK Financial Services industry. Within their role they will handle tasks such as managing phone calls, maintaining records, performing clerical duties, and providing executive administrative support. Daily activities will include scheduling, data entry, and general office management duties.

* Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
* Clerical Skills and Organizational abilities
* Proficiency with office software and typing skills
* Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Experience in the financial industry is a pre-requisite
* High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus
