You’ll be results-oriented and driven to succeed.You’ll be leading a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
* Responsible for improving or developing new products, components, equipment, systems, technologies, or processes
* Assisting with formulating business plans and budgets for product development
* Analysing quality/safety test results
* Keeping abreast of new developments in the industry and translating those developments into new and viable options for the organisation and customers
* Organising technical presentations to customers and/or industry groups
The Individual We’re looking for people who can show:
* Automotive background
* Working knowledge of the management of the R&D department
