*APPRENTICE SKILLS & DEVELOPMENT COACH- ELECTRICAL (37 HOURS)*_Salary: £27,071 up to £31,031 (Dependant on qualifications & experience)_Due to significant growth in our construction apprenticeships, we are looking for an Apprentice Skills & Development Coach for Electrical to join our established apprenticeship team.As an Apprentice Skills & Development Coach you will be responsible for a group of learners in your trade expertise area. Delivery will consist mainly of 1 to 1 meetings in the apprentices’ workplace, working closely with the employers to develop the apprentices to achieve national accreditation.You will undertake continuous assessment and observations to ensure the learners are progressing and reaching their full potential for sustaining employment.
