Responsibilities
* Deliver the One Luxe Experience: consistently execute the One Luxe service model to provide a premium, personalized experience for every customer.
* Product Expertise and Storytelling: demonstrate products, share brand heritage, and offer tailored knowledge, tips, and techniques to meet customer needs.
* Brand Ambassador: act as a L’Oréal Luxe brand ambassador with high standards of service and merchandising.
* Stay Trend-Forward: maintain understanding of the latest makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to offer expert advice and personalized recommendations.
* Drive Retail Performance: achieve individual and counter sales targets as agreed with the line manager.
* Build Client Relationships: develop authentic relationships with customers in-store and through digital channels to foster loyalty.
* Promote Events and Activities: inform customers about upcoming in-store events, promotions, and brand activations.
* Create Engaging Experiences: design and execute events and activations that drive interest in L’Oréal Luxe brands.
* Brand Advocacy: share expertise on internal and external social media platforms following company guidelines.
* Operational Excellence: participate in trainings, complete administrative tasks (online and offline) using designated platforms, and maintain counter standards of hygiene and organization.
Qualifications
* Passion for beauty with ability to provide personalized advice and product recommendations.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with comfort engaging customers both in-person and online.
* Interest in makeup, skincare, and wellness trends; ability to convey that knowledge to customers.
