Role length: Anticipated 5 - 6 months
Working arrangements: Office based
Working hours: Normal working week will be Monday to Thursday 07.30 – 15.30, Friday 07.30 – 15.00
The role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Service Delivery Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the service for the Environmental Services Team where you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while working to tight deadlines.
Attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently will be essential to succeed in this role. You will be required to maintain a high level of accuracy, whilst meeting tight deadlines and have the proven ability to work collaboratively in a high-volume environment. You will have a positive attitude, with strong organisational skills along with the ability to multi-task and provide a high level of customer care and act as a representative for the service.
It is essential that you have knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge of CRM systems would also be advantageous, and you should be familiar with KPIs, researching and presenting business information, financial administration, and monitoring service standards.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support across Environmental Services
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Support the monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service standards
* Undertake financial administration duties
* Research and present business information as required
* Assist with customer enquiries, offering a professional and friendly service
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective service delivery
