ECHO Personnel is seeking an experienced and reliable FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our client's dynamic team in Corby. Our client is a leading provider of sustainable packaging solutions for various sectors, including food and industrial markets. This role offers a MondayFriday rotating shift schedule, working 6:00am1:30pm and 1:30pm9:00pm, within a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently Loading and unloading goods from vehicles Moving stock within the warehouse and production areas Supplying materials to production lines as required Conducting routine equipment checks and reporting any faults Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times Requirements: Valid external Counterbalance FLT certificate (essential) Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting Strong awareness of health and safety regulations Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work rotating shifts Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail and a proactive work ethic Shifts: MondayFriday rotating shifts 6:00am1:30pm / 1:30pm9:00pm Pay Rate: £17.08 per hour If you are interested, please apply by submitting your CV.
