The Role The Pension Administrator will be at the heart of ensuring that pension processes run smoothly and efficiently. This is an opportunity to bring your organisational skills and attention to detail to a role that makes a tangible difference to people's futures. Key responsibilities include: Managing and maintaining pension scheme records with accuracy and confidentiality. Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance with pension regulations. Preparing reports and documentation for internal and external use. Assisting in the resolution of queries related to pension schemes. Supporting the implementation of new processes to improve efficiency. The Person The ideal candidate for the role will be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering an exceptional service. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of pension administration. Essential Criteria Previous experience in pension administration or a related field. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Desirable Knowledge of pension regulations and compliance. Experience with pension software systems.
