Senior Structural Engineer – Winchester
Would you be interested in joining a well established, multi-disciplinary property consultancy at their Winchester office? The work includes a wide variety of buildings structures projects, including large complex schemes up to £200m, to small, local client schemes. Work is both UK and international with clients such as F1 Teams, motor manufacturers, schools/universities, contractors and developers. The firm has been running for over 50 years, continually investing in their people and keeping up with new technologies. They have a low staff turnover and pride themselves on technical excellence and delivery of projects on time and to high standard.
Responsibilities
* Provide and manage a wide range of structural engineering services and oversee projects.
* Involve in surveys of large commercial and industrial buildings, to design of blue light services buildings and challenging multi-storey developments.
* Manage, supervise and mentor junior team members and oversee projects.
Qualifications
* Chartered MICE or MIStructE or nearing this status.
* Experience in the design of concrete and steel, able to use finite element software packages such as Tekla, Tedds and Scia.
