I’m partnering with a fast-growing pet-tech business building smart, connected products used by hundreds of thousands of pet owners globally. As they scale, they’re looking to hire a QA Engineer to play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of their products.
The Opportunity
This role is well-suited to a junior to mid-level QA Engineer looking to develop in a product-focused environment. You’ll work across mobile (Flutter), web applications, and internal tools, with a strong emphasis on manual testing and a clear pathway into automation or development.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and design teams, contributing directly to the quality of features before they reach end users.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform manual testing across mobile, web, and internal systems
* Create, maintain, and execute structured test cases
* Identify, document, and track defects with clarity
* Support regression, release, and smoke testing cycles
* Work closely with developers and designers to validate functionality and edge cases
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation
Requirements
* Experience in manual testing across web and/or mobile applications
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive, inquisitive approach
* Ability to produce clear and concise test documentation and bug reports
* Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* A genuine interest in delivering high-quality user experiences
* Exposure to tools such as Postman, Cypress, or Playwright
* Basic understanding of APIs and RESTful services
* Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile development environments
* Experience testing Flutter applications
