* Manage commercial interactions with key suppliers (Fujitsu, ESUK) and oversee a Commercial Manager within your team.
* Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager for Training Equipment, ensuring effective subcontract management with suppliers such as Raytheon, Rolls‑Royce, and BAe.
* Drive growth and transformation initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
* Develop and deliver an operationally aligned commercial plan to support business objectives.

* Support monthly commercial reporting and ad‑hoc requests from Group.
* Maintain adherence to security and safety obligations and demonstrate a commitment to continual improvement.
What We’re Looking For
* Extensive experience in managing complex and strategic contracts within a government or regulated environment.
* Proven ability to deliver contract mobilisation and post‑contract commercial activities, including:
* Implementing contract management tools (commercial registers, obligation trackers, change control processes).
* Delivering commercial awareness training to non‑commercial teams.
* Managing client/supplier relationships and expectations on commercial issues.
* Strong knowledge of contract law, GDPR, and commercial governance.
* Sound financial acumen with expertise in financial modelling, contract pricing, and pricing models.
* Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Why Join Us?
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a high‑profile programme, working with leading organisations and contributing to strategic transformation initiatives. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have the commercial expertise to deliver results, we’d love to hear from you.
