Sous Chef – The Leicester Arms, Penshurst The Leicester Arms is a historic country inn in the heart of Penshurst, combining character and charm with modern hospitality. With an ambitious kitchen team and exciting plans for growth, we’re now looking for a talented Sous Chef to join us. About the role: As Sous Chef, you’ll be the right hand to our Head Chef, playing a vital part in both the daily running of the kitchen and shaping the menu. You’ll be hands-on in service, lead by example, and ensure consistency, creativity, and high standards across every plate that leaves the pass.
