From their thriving London head office to their tech hub in Tel Aviv and their Hong Kong innovation Centre, they distribute to more than 20 countries worldwide.
We are looking for a commercially savvy and highly driven National Account Manager to lead key account relationships with the likes of Boots & Look Fantastic and drive growth across a portfolio of top beauty brands. Reporting into the Head of Sales it is an exciting time to join the business.
Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end management of national retail accounts with Boots, Look Fantastic and Holland & Barret.
* Have full P&L responsibility
* Development and implementation of strategic and commercial plans by key retailers to allow for desired growth
* Reporting on sales performance, forecasting and development of stretched plans
* Build strong relationships with accounts to maximise business growth and opportunities
* Partner with Head of Trade Marketing and brand teams to ensure flawless in-store and online executions, always aligning with brand standards.
Requirements:
* Educated to Bachelor (or equivalent) Degree Level
* Excellent Excel skills; capable of manipulating and analysing data
* 2-5 years’ experience in an account management / business development or experience within Beauty as a buyer working for a leading retailer.
* Boots, Superdrug experience advantageous
* High attention to detail managing complex negotiations with high number of variables
* Strong commercial & analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to drive long term profitability.
* Proven track record of delivering outstanding business results and exceeding targets.
* Experience in full P&L accountability
