Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. We are seeking an experienced Project / Account Manager for our Quadrant site in Hertford.
We are looking for a highly motivated, adaptable and proactive individual with drive and enthusiasm, who is great at relationship-building and communicating with people at all levels.
The ideal candidate will be process-orientated, highly organised and able to multi-task. Confident and professionally presented, they will be a problem-solver and strategic thinker who is calm under pressure with a pro-active work attitude, able to work collaboratively to meet client deadlines.
This role is based full time on site, working 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
* Project management & account management
* Take ownership of projects and liaise between clients, studio, production, & dispatch
* Communicate technical solutions and concepts to key clients at all levels
* Work closely with nominated clients to deliver a first-class service, taking responsibility for all aspects of their requirements
* Deal with enquiries, estimates and quotes – and follow up enquiries
* Set up and issue detailed works instructions, booking in jobs, follow through all jobs to completion
* Work within SLA's to ensure the business meets client expectations
* Be able to adapt and be flexible with your role
Requirements:
* The successful candidate will possess outstanding client and organisational skills
* Must have strong knowledge across design, large format, litho & digital print, mailing & fulfilment
* Good knowledge of using MIS systems
* You will have worked in a similar role for at least 2 years, and be able to demonstrate this
* Strong client facing experience
* Strong knowledge of the Design & Print processes
* Good problem solver
* IT literate and be able to learn new systems
* Excellent communicator
* Service Orientated
