Reports To: Head of Operations
Salary Scale: Up to £45,000 depending on experience
Location: Remote / hybrid
Hours: 40hrs per week (Flexible working)

Job Purpose
The Retrofit Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the retrofitting process of a private or social housing dwelling in compliance with PAS2035. The Retrofit Coordinator will plan, manage and execute retrofit projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing company during a long-term growth plan as we begin to deliver multiple, long term and high value contracts.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement retrofit plans that minimise disruption to occupants.
* Manage project budgets
* Liaise with contractors, funders, and occupants to ensure the projects run to plan
* Oversee the installation of Retrofit measures
* Ensure compliance with PAS2035 and/or MCS
* Report on progress to the Senior Leadership Team
* Manage and lead a team of Retrofit Assessors
* Evaluate projects for continued improvement
Essential Skills, Experience and qualifications
* Hold ECMK accreditation and be competent on Corelogic software
* Qualified Retrofit Coordinator with a Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management
* Qualified as Domestic Energy Assessor and Retrofit Assessor
* Member of a Trustmark accredited scheme
* Have a full driving licence and own vehicle for transport
