About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and confident Telesales Representative to manage the entire sales journey, including identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring seamless delivery. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a small company environment, enjoys variety, and wants to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Be the main contact for existing customers, provide proactive support, and nurture long-term relationships. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
* New Business Development: Identify and engage prospective customers via phone and email. Follow up on leads and build a pipeline of opportunities.
* Full-Cycle Sales Execution: Prepare and issue quotes, process orders, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for order fulfillment.

* Sales Admin & Reporting: Maintain CRM records, provide updates on activity and pipeline.
