Overview
The Admissions and Administration teams provide front‑line customer service to a wide range of audiences including students, parents/carers, employers, tutors and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work closely with the Admissions and Administration Coordinator to deliver a timely and outstanding service to customers and service users across the organisation. They will perform a range of administrative tasks that shift across the academic year and engage in multiple projects and tasks.
Responsibilities include:
* Exceptional customer service
* Administrative, clerical and secretarial duties
* Managing large volumes of data with rigorous attention to detail
* Responding quickly to shifting priorities
Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this post you need demonstrable experience and skills in customer service, administrative work and multitasking. Excellent IT skills and a strong level of attention to detail are essential. Experience with ProSolution and the Pro Suite is desirable but training will be provided.
Benefits and Work Conditions
This is a full‑time post, 37 hours a week during weekdays, with occasional support required for open days and evening events throughout the year. The post is based at Watford campus with occasional requirement at Hemel campus.
