Job Description
3. Assist in managing live files and support all stages of conveyancing transactions.
4. Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors to progress transactions.
5. Prepare reports on title, mortgages, and searches (with supervision).
6. Raise and review enquiries on title, contract packs, searches, and surveys.
7. Handle administrative tasks including file opening, AML compliance, and post-completion formalities.
8. Draft financial statements and invoices.
9. Maintain internal and external systems with accurate updates.
The Successful Applicant
10. Previous experience as a paralegal or legal executive in conveyancing is essential.
11. Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
12. Confident, commercially aware, and able to work to deadlines using initiative.
13. Excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible, team-oriented approach.
