Job Duties:
* Provide tutoring to GCSE students in CORE academic subjects
* Create individualised lesson plans to meet the needs of each student
* Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Help students prepare for exams and improve study skills
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience tutoring GCSE students
* Strong knowledge of the GCSE curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in relevant subject
Experience:
Previous experience teaching or tutoring GCSE students
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of different learning styles
* Ability to motivate and engage students
* Organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in using educational technology
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience working with students with special educational needs
Working Conditions:
* Part-time hours, temporary position
* Work closely with students in a classroom or one-on-one setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
