Role Overview
Business Development Manager - Midlands (Full-Time, Permanent)
This role involves building relationships and closing sales across the Midlands. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and reporting findings to head office.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Collaborate with Head Office to identify opportunities
* Develop customer relationships and grow existing accounts
* Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions
* Manage sales reports
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed, you should have:
* Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
* Previous sales experience (preferred but not essential)
* Confidence in building strong client relationships
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Good analytical skills
* Excellent organization and time management skills
Note: Candidates must hold a full, clean UK Drivers Licence and be comfortable working away from home approximately three days per week.
