About the role
As a business administration apprentice, you will be enrolled on the PETA Level 3 Business Administration course. Whilst undertaking this apprenticeship you will gain a wealth of knowledge and skills undertaking a key role within your company. Youll work closely with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to ensure seamless service, accurate order processing, and timely communication. Your role will be key in driving customer satisfaction and supporting our sales goals.
Job Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and identify growth opportunities
Prepare and follow up on quotes, ensuring accurate lead times and pricing
Load and progress orders in SAP, maintaining data accuracy and delivery timelines
Handle customer calls, emails, and chatbot interactions with professionalism
Coordinate service calls and returns, ensuring timely resolutions
Support documentation needs and manage the shared sales inbox
Build strong client relationships and contribute to team collaboration
Gather and act on customer feedback to improve service delivery
