The Role
We're looking for an
IT Support Administrator
to join our IT Team at Head Office. This is a hands-on role providing initial technical support to staff, working alongside our Managed IT Support Provider, and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of IT across the business.
As the first point of contact for IT issues, you'll troubleshoot problems, liaise with third-party vendors, and provide excellent customer service while supporting projects and contributing to continuous improvement.
What you'll do:
* Provide 1st line and occasional 2nd line IT support across the business.
* Respond to staff IT enquiries, resolving hardware/software issues or escalating to our Managed IT Provider as needed.
* Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and support partners to achieve timely resolutions.
* Contribute to the IT Knowledge Base by documenting processes and solutions.
* Support the IT Asset Administrator and provide admin support to the IT Team.
* Assist with IT projects and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Ensure a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.
What we're looking for:
Experience in IT systems/support and working with ticketing systems
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (premium office suite)
Ability to troubleshoot common hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, mobiles)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach
Calm under pressure, adaptable, and a natural problem solver
Desirable:
* Knowledge of Active Directory
* Basic networking (TCP/IP & DNS)
* Microsoft 365 Admin Centre experience
