Kingdom Services Group is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Account Manager to join our Kingdom People Team.
Location:
Bristol, with additional site visits.
Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 17:00pm, or to suit the needs of the business.
Pay Rate:
Up to £35,000.00 per annum, depending on experience.

Role Responsibilities:
* Recruiting temporary workers according to client requirements.
* Managing KPIs daily in line with SLAs.
* Maintaining good client relationships.
* Reporting on absence, recruitment, and leavers.
* Completing site payroll.
* Performing administrative tasks as needed.
* Managing workload to meet deadlines.
Candidate Requirements:
* Passion for delivering excellent service.
* Minimum 2 years experience as an Account Manager / 360 Recruitment Consultant.
* Growth-oriented and results driven.
* Effective communicator at various levels, with strong presentation skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Process and compliance focused.
* Driven to improve and make strategic contributions daily.
