As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of education throughout these young people’s lives. The position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a variety of students, whilst gaining valuable classroom experience. This role will require you to support class Senior LSA’s and Teachers with the preparation of resources to meet the personalised learning intentions of allocated students, provide 1:1 support under the supervision of the class Teacher for the delivery of skills-based learning, and work closely with class Teacher to report on progress using an evidence-based approach.
