Building Services Contractor
Salary: Circa £80,000 + Car Allowance + Full Package
I am working with a well established and growing building services contractor who is seeking an experienced Mechanical Services Design Manager to lead mechanical design delivery across a range of high-profile projects.
The role will suit a technically strong individual with a background in mechanical building services design, ideally gained within a contractor or design & build environment.
You will be responsible for mechanical design management on projects including:
1. High-rise residential developments
2. Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA)
3. Hotels and mixed-use schemes
Project values typically range from mid to large scale, with complex services and fast paced delivery programmes.
About you:
4. Strong background in mechanical building services design
5. Experience working for a building services contractor or within a D&B environment preferred
6. Proven track record delivering residential, student accommodation, or hotel projects
7. Good understanding of UK building regulations and industry standards
8. Strong communication and coordination skills
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
