The job you'll do: Lead offshore decommissioning projects from cradle to graveDrive delivery excellence between clients, subcontractors, site teams, and senior managementTaking ownership of business development, tendering, delivery, and completion.Build and deepen existing client relationships across all areas of the businessTake ownership of tendering activity - pricing and coordinating submissionsSupport the commercial teams with valuations and identify any variations earlyMaintain programmes and present reports at client progress meetingsContribute to weekly ops meetings, chair meetings with Site ManagementEnsure contractual and legislative complianceEmbed safe systems of work (RAMS, POWRAs, daily briefings etc.)Collaborate with HSE, Environmental, Technical, Commercial and Bid teams About you: 3+ years' experience in offshore decommissioning projects at management levelRelevant Engineering qualifications (Degree, HNC, HND, NVQ) or equivalent experienceThe ability to build credibility with clients and partnersExperience tendering and coordinating submissionsStrong project management skills from early stages through to completionFamiliarity with RAMS and site safety leadership
