As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your duties will be:
8. Conducting and arranging property viewings
9. Carrying out valuations when required
10. Progressing sales smoothly through to completion
11. Negotiating offers and securing successful outcomes
12. Proactively marketing existing stock and identifying new business opportunities
13. Registering and qualifying buyers and sellers
14. Handling general administrative tasks to support the sales process
To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator role, you must have:
15. At least 5 years’ experience in estate agency sales
16. A strong track record of performance in a competitive sales environment
17. Instruction-winning experience (preferred but not essential)
18. A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to think creatively
19. Excellent communication skills and a genuine client-first mindset
20. Confidence in dealing with high-calibre, discerning clients
21. Energy, resilience and adaptability, with a positive approach to change and innovation
