Job Description:
Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established global organization based in Birmingham. This role would suit an individual with experience working in the professional market. The successful candidate must speak German. This opportunity is initially a 12-month contract with the possibility of securing a permanent position.

Reward
* Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm with 1-hour lunch

Duties & Responsibilities
* Processing travel and entertainment expense reports accurately and timely, ensuring compliance
* Managing high volume of invoices
* Handling a high volume of calls, screening, routing, and taking messages
* Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements
* Interacting professionally with colleagues
* Supporting team environment and sharing responsibilities
Skills and Experience
* Bilingual in German and English
* Excellent communication skills (in person, phone, email)
* High attention to detail and strong technical skills
* Good judgment, independent, resourceful
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and multitask
* Knowledge of business and corporate culture, team player
* Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
