I have an exciting opportunity with the world's leading provider of dancewear, which is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join their fantastic business. Reporting directly to the Head of Ecommerce, the role involves strategically managing channels across UK, US, and EU markets.
Responsibilities include managing PPC and Paid Social campaigns, collaborating with an SEO agency to increase organic search traffic, working with the Ecommerce team to suggest website improvements and CRO strategies to maximize revenue, and managing budgets to ensure all channels meet targets. A test-and-learn approach is essential for continuous performance improvement.
Ideal candidates will have experience working with an Ecommerce retailer, hands-on experience managing PPC and Paid Social channels, proficiency with Google Analytics and Excel, and the ability to analyze complex data and develop solutions. Shopify experience would be advantageous. The candidate should maintain a positive attitude, work well under pressure, and be proactive in optimizing marketing efforts.
