Support preparation of presentations and internal reports related to patient insight activities. Who You Are: You are naturally curious and eager to learn about patient insights methodologies and clinical research processes. You possess strong organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you to collaborate professionally with internal stakeholders. You are proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You demonstrate empathy and respect, especially in interactions involving patient and caregiver perspectives. Required Skills: Bachelor’s Degree required (e.g., life sciences, psychology, public health, sociology, healthcare management, communications, qualitative/qualitative research, or related fields). Strong interest in patient-centered qualitative research, clinical research, or health-related insights development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Comfort with data trackers, spreadsheets, and structured information. Proactive, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism, empathy, and respect in interactions with patients and caregivers. Preferred Skills: Foundational proficiency or strong interest in AI tools and data analytics.
