You will lead a skilled team and ensure the people we support live safely, confidently, and with dignity. You will create an environment where:

What We Are Looking For
* Experience leading a registered or residential LD/Autism/Complex Needs service
* Confidence managing 24/7 rotas, on‑call decisions and crisis response
* A calm, structured and people‑focused leadership style
* Experience in managing complex healthcare
