Floating Support Worker - Adult Learning Disabilities (Middlesbrough) We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Floating Support Worker to join an Adult Learning Disabilities service based in the TS1 postcode area. This is a varied role supporting adults across multiple services and residential settings, promoting independence, wellbeing, and recovery. About the role as a Floating Support Worker: You will work across several services and residential houses, providing flexible and responsive support to adults with learning disabilities. The role focuses on empowering individuals by building on their strengths, coping abilities, social networks, and natural support systems.
