Our client is a social-first agency positioned for the "creator economy" - they partner with brands to engage influencers, content creators and communities and help brands identify their cultural value to connect with audiences in meaningful ways.
They are looking for a driven Growth Director to join during a growth phase. This role offers the chance to make a real impact on a scaling, successful business.
The Role
The role is a strategic leadership position focused on driving new business, revenue growth, and long-term agency expansion. You will be responsible for building the agency\'s client base, growing relationships, and shaping how the agency positions itself in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
* Own the full sales journey - from prospecting and lead generation through to closing deals - including qualification, proposal development, pitching, relationship management, negotiation, and final sign-off
* Evaluate inbound opportunities to confirm strategic fit and ensure client needs align with the agency\'s social and creator-led offering
* Build credibility as a trusted consultant, shaping tailored pitches and effective negotiations grounded in a deep understanding of social strategy and creator marketing
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to align on services, value propositions, and pricing - driving revenue growth through integrated thinking
* Represent the agency at key industry events, cultivating strong relationships and identifying fresh opportunities for partnership and new business
* Partner with marketing to create engaging, relevant content that attracts and nurtures leads - while sharing insights to continuously refine and strengthen go-to-market strategies
About You
* Good knowledge of the social and creator marketing landscape - you understand the culture, platforms, and players that drive results
* Experience in a sales or business development role, confidently pitching to and retaining major brand partners
* Proven track record of closing integrated deals valued at £250K+ in annual revenue
* Exceptional attention to detail - from crafting compelling emails to delivering polished, high-impact proposals
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with an appreciation for how powerful first impressions can be
* A natural relationship builder who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional teams
* Ambitious, proactive, and growth-driven, always looking for new opportunities to elevate performance and deliver results
