The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Management Accountant to play a key role in the finance team of a dynamic commercial property environment. This position will be responsible for preparing and delivering accurate management accounts, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making. You will also contribute to the smooth operation of the accounting function and lead on specific finance projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of Management Accounts
* Preparation and submission of annual statutory accounts
* VAT returns and compliance
* Overseeing day-to-day accounting processes across multiple entities
* Supporting the team with transaction processing
* Reconciling Service Charges for audit and review
* Carrying out ad hoc financial analyses as required
The Ideal Candidate
* Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
* Strong management accounting and reporting experience
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (essential)
* Knowledge of property management accounting systems; Propman experience advantageous
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
