Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $65,000 – $110,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.



Role Overview

We are hiring an Account Manager to own a portfolio of customer relationships post-sale. The role drives renewals, identifies expansion opportunities, and serves as the trusted partner customers turn to when they want more from the product.


Key Responsibilities

- Own renewals and expansion across a defined book of business

- Build executive relationships and conduct quarterly business reviews with customers

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with sales to close them

- Coordinate with Customer Success and Support to resolve escalations

- Maintain accurate forecasting in the CRM and report on portfolio health

- Gather customer feedback and surface product insights to internal teams


Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3+ years in account management, customer success, or relationship sales

- Track record of renewing and expanding existing customer relationships

- Strong commercial instincts and comfort with negotiation

- Hands-on with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms (Gainsight)

- Excellent written and verbal communication and executive presence

- Bias for action and a structured approach to portfolio management
