The Role As Business Unit Director, you will be responsible for the strategic, financial, and operational leadership of the Ferrero business unit. Your mission: to drive sustainable growth, deliver a strong return on investment, and continually elevate our standards of delivery. You will lead a cross-functional team including field operations and head office support functions. You will also be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the overall direction of Field Sales Solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Ferrero business unit to exceed commercial and performance targets. Create, develop and execute strategic business plans and annual budgets. Lead a team of 250–300 people, ensuring organisational structure, training, and performance management are optimised. Own and develop senior client relationships, driving growth opportunities and ensuring the highest levels of service and delivery. Oversee new project rollouts and service innovation. Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and call coverage, ensuring results are achieved and continuously improved. Report to the CEO on progress, strategic opportunities, and risks. Actively contribute to Field Sales Solutions’ wider strategy as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. About You You are a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have a deep understanding of FMCG, field marketing, or retail operations and can confidently manage client relationships. Your Experience: 10 years in senior people leadership roles. Proven track record of managing and growing large-scale commercial accounts. Strong financial acumen and budget management experience. Experience in field marketing or FMCG environments preferred. Highly data literate, with the ability to analyse performance and drive improvement. A natural leader who can inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
