Come and make a difference at Karbon as a Plasterer (Multi-skilled). We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role in both the Responsive Repairs and Damp & Mould team. The teams are responsible for delivering repairs and maintenance to properties across the North East.

About you
We are looking for a multi-skilled Plasterer to join the team to assist Karbon Homes in delivering an excellent repairs service that promotes a culture of customer first and continuous improvement.
You should have completed a recognised plastering trade apprenticeship and possess all the skills necessary to deliver all aspects of plastering works to a high standard in occupied and void, domestic and non-domestic premises ranging from minor repairs to fully plastered out properties.
You should hold relevant qualifications (refer to person specification) and experience and practical knowledge of multi-skilled works in other trades such as tiling.
Customer service skills are essential for this role, as is an excellent knowledge of health and safety.
A full UK driving license is essential.
About our team
The successful candidate will work in either:
* Area 3 Responsive Repair Team, covering Newcastle / North Tyneside area led by the Operations Team Manager Julie Carter
* Damp and Mould team covering the North East region, led by the Operations Team Manager Robert Nixon

* Salary: £33,148 per annum
* Location: North East
* Regular travel will be required
* 37 Hours per week
