The Senior Admissions and Enrolment Officer role is critical to safeguarding the institutions primary income stream, maintaining compliance with regulatory frameworks and ensuring high-quality student experience that drives both recruitment and retention. This post strengthens operational capacity within admissions, provides strategic insight for senior leadership and mitigates risks that could have direct financial and reputational consequences.
The role would assist the Admissions and Enrolment Manager in the delivery of a customer focused, efficient and effect admissions and enrolment function alongside providing day to day support and guidance to the Admissions and Enrolment Officers. They will monitor application turnarounds and standards compliant with UCAS, UKVI and University policies as well as be able to identify opportunities and make recommendations for continuous improvement to maximise recruitment.
The strategic importance for revenue protection and growth - student tuition fees account for the majority of institutional revenue. The role would directly influence conversion rates by ensuring admissions pipelines are effectively managed, applicants are engages and enrolment processes run seamlessly.
Market competitiveness - in an increasingly competitive higher education environment, fast, accurate and personalised admissions processes differentiate the institution, improving it's attractiveness to both domestic and international students.

This post offers an exciting opportunity to become a Senior member of the Admissions and Enrolment Team.
This is a fixed term post working closely with the Admissions and Enrolment Managers supporting them with overseeing the day to day functions of the wider team. They will be responsible for monitoring application turnaround times, issuing CAS and adhering to UKVI and University policies.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in Admissions and a good understanding of enrolment processes. They will have excellent customer service skills and be ready to support the Team in both system and day to day activities.
