Job Description:
Our Maxim department is excited to announce that we are looking for a team member to join as a Coach/Mentor in Construction.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced candidate to join our dedicated team.

The Role:
* To coach and mentor learners studying apprenticeship programmes in wood, brick, property maintenance, and multi-skills.
* To support learners individually, working with teaching staff to ensure attendance and progress. There will be an element of teaching to apprentice learners on the multi-skills programme.
* To complete reviews with learners and employers in the workplace to ensure safe environments and progress in apprenticeships.
Main Duties include:
* Supporting apprentices with appropriate methods to facilitate learning and achievement.
* Planning and delivering teaching, learning, and assessment for apprentices on the multi-skills programme.
* Completing sign-up and review processes, fulfilling audit requirements.
* Identifying individual training needs and organizing training to meet planned outcomes within set timescales.
