What We're Looking For
We're seeking motivated and compassionate individuals who are:
* Qualified in counselling, psychotherapy, coaching, or related fields
* Experienced in delivering training or workshops (in person or online)
* Confident working independently and managing their own clients or courses
* Interested in building and promoting their own online content
* Must be BACP registered
* Reliable, empathetic, and aligned with our values of respect, integrity, and empowerment
Your Role
As a part of our small team, you'll have the freedom and flexibility to:
* Deliver online counselling sessions or coaching to clients (remotely and face to face)
* Design and host your own online courses or workshops on topics you're passionate about
* Collaborate with the team on group programmes or events
* Grow your practice within a supportive, creative environment
