Non-Contentious Construction Associate - 2-6PQE
A leading international law firm is looking to add a talented associate (2–6 PQE) to its London-based non-contentious construction team.
The team is recognised for advising on a broad range of high-value and complex projects, both in the UK and internationally, working alongside a diverse client base. This opportunity would suit a candidate looking to build on their experience within a collaborative and well-regarded practice.

The role
* Drafting and negotiating key project documentation, including building contracts (e.g. JCT, NEC), professional appointments, collateral warranties, and framework agreements.
* Advising on procurement strategy, risk allocation, and project structuring across a range of developments and infrastructure projects.
* Supporting clients through the lifecycle of a project, from initial structuring and contract negotiation through to completion.
* Liaising with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation reflects commercial objectives and project requirements.
* Identifying and managing legal and commercial risks, and providing strategic, solutions-focused advice throughout the transaction.
Key Requirements
* Be England & Wales qualified (2-6PQE)
* Have exposure to non-contentious construction matters
* Have trained at a recognised law firm in the UK
