Freemans Event Partners are seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Partnerships Executive to join our growing Partnerships Team.
This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional client experience to some of our most prolific and fastest growing global brand partners and in overseeing new marketing campaigns, experiential brand activations, sponsorships and collaborations at some of the UK’s most prestigious, exciting and large-scale events.
We’re fortunate to work with some of the biggest and best brand innovators such as Coca-Cola, Mondelez, Heinz, Pepsico, Diageo, Nestle, American Express and Red Bull across major venues and events such as Silverstone and the F1, Allianz Stadium, Murrayfield, Wembley and Lord’s. Exceptional clients need an exceptional Freemans experience, and we’re looking for a client-facing superstar to deliver this with us.
You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our existing and new brand partner activity — from managing complex brand plans and logistics to coordinating marketing integrations with reporting on growth performance. Working closely cross-functionally with our commercial, business development and marketing teams, you’ll support in scaling leading accounts while also taking ownership of your own brand portfolio.

* Lead the growth of our client relationship as the primary of contact across the entirety of the commercial relationship to help broaden our collaboration across brand teams, markets and major new product launches.
* Lead on brand activation, creative scoping, and ideation in collaboration with our Activation team. As we revolutionise how brands show up across the fan experience, we want your ideas to help reshape the future of live events.
* Work closely with internal operations, creative, strategy, and venue teams to unlock new growth opportunities across Sports, Music and Cultural events, both physically and digitally.
* Translate client strategic goals into clear internal direction cross-functionally.
* Contribute to organic growth and upselling within accounts.
* Lead the day-to-day client servicing and contract delivery of the account.
* Deliver account management and client servicing best practices, i.e., owning strategic growth workshops, comprehensive quarterly business reviews, status calls, rights trackers, budget reports and partnership roundtables to frame yourself as a trusted, long-term growth partner for our FTSE100 partners.
* Work closely with the Partnerships Director to shape and innovate the client experience strategy and direction and be a key part in shaping the future of Freemans Event Partners global expansion.
* International travel as required to deliver new brand activation, sponsorship and/or experiential presence across our growing events portfolio.
Job Requirements
* Have at least 3-4 years of experience managing client relationships in an experiential or event agency/Live events setting or within a high growth/marketing agency environment.
* Strong understanding of experiential production and brand marketing workflows and timelines.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and stakeholders at once.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Must have agency or in-house experience.
* Strong interpersonal skills and best in class client collaboration, account handling and project management.
* Confident presentation skills, verbal and written with a strong attention to detail.
* Experience in working in start/scale ups that are founder led
Desirable:
* Exposure to digital media and/or influencer marketing programmes advantageous but not essential.
* Experience in activating brand partnerships in multiple markets is a plus.
