Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Care Agency (Remote / Widnes Based)
Location: Hybrid - Remote/Widnes

About Us
We are a care agency based in Runcorn/Widnes that introduces self-employed care workers to care providers. We work with 13 care providers and support approximately 1,500 hours of care per week.
We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support our operations and help ensure records, compliance documentation, and internal systems are maintained accurately.
Role Responsibilities
* Monitoring and ensuring workers complete required eLearning training
* Ensuring background checks and compliance requirements are completed when required
* Auditing Microsoft Teams folders and storing documents correctly
* Updating worker profile records and maintaining accurate information
* Collecting and organising compliance documents from new workers
* Weekly audit of hourly reports for accuracy and completeness
Required Skills and Experience
* Strong IT skills and confidence using digital systems
* Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
Previous experience in the care sector is not essential, as full guidance will be provided.
