Responsibilities
* Provide support in the day‑to‑day running of the office, including assisting with care coordination tasks.
* Conduct spot checks on carers in the community, recognise good practice, and report training concerns back to the registered manager. Maintain high standards of care.
* Participate in the paid on‑call rota.
* Complete care assessments and write care plans.
* Build relationships with care staff and service users.
* Assist the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC.

Qualifications
* Fully committed to enhancing the quality of life for vulnerable individuals
* Experienced in delivering care services (essential)
* Flexible to provide on‑call cover to meet business needs (essential)
* Knowledgeable about CQC standards and compliance (essential)
* Hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle (essential)
* Experience as a Field Care Supervisor or at least 2 years working in Health & Social Care (preferred)
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
