An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Support Worker to work in an exceptional care home based in Crostwick, Norwich area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers.
This care home offers residential care for people who need help with daily tasks, as well as respite care to give families or friends a well‑earned break.
To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
Key Responsibilities
* Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well‑being and providing the highest quality of care to residents.
* Assist with daily tasks, including all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship.
* Encourage independence, well‑being and support vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities.
* Ensure accurate record keeping at all times.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to demonstrate a can‑do attitude at all times.
