About the role:
We are seeking a Supported Living Scheme Manager to oversee our services in Dudley. This role is ideal for experienced Team Leaders or Deputy Managers looking to step into senior management. You will be responsible for:
1. Managing individual service users' needs and overall service operations, ensuring health and safety standards.
2. Supporting service users with learning difficulties and challenging behaviours in daily activities, promoting independence and responsibility.
3. Maintaining thorough knowledge of service users' conditions and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
