We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established dealership located in Letchworth, Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to become a key part of a successful team, delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the smooth operation of the service department.

Duties:
19. Welcoming customers and booking vehicles in for service or repairs
20. Planning workshop workload and liaising with parts and workshop teams
21. Recording work carried out and updating customers throughout the process
22. Contacting customers for additional work or repairs needed
23. Ensuring customer lead times are met and providing excellent customer service
24. Assisting with departmental administration and maintaining workshop schedules
Requirements:
25. Full UK manual driving licence
26. Previous experience in an automotive service department is preferred but not essential
27. Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and on the phone
28. Patient, attentive, and a good listener
29. Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office packages
30. Motivated to learn and develop within the automotive sector
