To support our continued growth, we are looking for a full-time Event Production Manager to join the team.
Opportunities are available in our Glasgow office.
The Role
As an Event Production Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality live, virtual, and hybrid events.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Producing accurate and competitive quotes based on client requirements
* Interpreting briefs and developing creative, technically sound solutions
* Planning and managing project timelines, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
* Collaborating with clients and internal teams across live, digital, and production departments
* Managing events from concept through to on-site delivery
About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident in a fast-paced environment.
You will have:
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong technical knowledge across audio, video, lighting, staging, and set
* A solid understanding of power distribution and rigging
* A strong focus on health and safety
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
* A high level of attention to detail and professionalism
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
* A genuine passion for events and production
Essential:
* Full UK driving licence
* Willingness to travel as requiredi
Desirable Skills
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Apple Keynote
* Experience with CAD software and technical drawings
* Knowledge of virtual and hybrid event delivery
