We supply candidates from executive to operative level and are currently looking for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to be based in Cardiff.

This role is to work within a Public Sector organisation, overseeing construction project costs and contracts. Ensuring projects are kept within budget and contractual obligations.
Day to Day:
* Work with partner organisations on their capital work projects/ programmes
* Overseeing Construction project budgets
* Managing business cases, reviewing costs
* Project Management
* Presenting to a board
* Project progress meetings
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
* RICs or CIOB essential
* Construction related qualification desirable
* Project Management experience ability to plan and coordinate
* Experience of working at a senior level
* Public Sector/ Healthcare experience desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* Presentation experience
